What are the delivery costs and times?

Delivery costs are calculated based on the amount of your order:

  • €12.90 for any order under €190
  • Free delivery for purchases over €190

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing : 1 to 2 working days
  • Delivery : 5 to 7 working days on average

Delivery available throughout Europe via our partner carriers.


Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. Once your order is in preparation or shipped, your address cannot be changed.

In this case, we advise you to reorder with the correct address.


Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely. You have 30 days after receipt to notify us of your wish to return.

We cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid label will be sent to you by email, to be dropped off at a collection point or post office.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of your package.


Do you deliver everywhere in Europe?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. For any specific requests outside of the standard zone, please contact us at contact@aetheris.fr so we can explore possible options.
