How can I contact you?

Our team responds within 24 to 48 business hours . Please use only one contact channel and include your order number , the email address used, and photos if necessary.
Delivery Information
Flat rate delivery charges:
€29 for any order < €300
Free delivery for purchases over €300
Estimated delivery times:
Processing : 1 to 3 working days
Delivery : 5 to 15 working days
Delivery available throughout Europe. Some large or made-to-order items may have specific lead times.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us promptly after your purchase. Once the order is being prepared or shipped, the address cannot be changed.
What are your return conditions?
You have 30 days after receipt to notify your wish to return. Return costs are covered by AETHERIS via a prepaid label .
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the package.
Product warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) . In case of problem, contact us with your order number and photos of the product.
